Does what I need, keeps animals out while allowing roof water to flow freely from hinged flapper. Flapper swings open easily. Easy to install, fits inside of pipe and fastens by installed the provided bolts to pipe. I drilled bolts through the face of the flange and used tap-cons to fasten to face of my concrete bulkhead.
