Mitered Drain™ is perfect for use in hard to drain areas where a lack of grade difference is the problem. The angled grate allows for a better result in flat areas that need extra slope to achieve proper drainage. The slope of the grate allows water to flow directly into the pipe - eliminating the drop typical in conventional inlets.  Mitered Drain is also an effective drainage solution in areas where mosquito control is needed because it can eliminate the standing water that occurs in the bottom of typical drop inlets.

Mitered Drain™ is ideal for use with culverts, under sidewalks, in planter areas, creeks, swales or any difficult-to-drain location.

These products feature exclusive "open undercuts" that allow for additional subsurface drainage in field applications. 

The riser top section is interchangeable with Hickenbottom and Precision underground sections and tees.

This underground extension for Quick Drain Riser allows you to easily adjust the height of your drainage intake by twisting the tube.

The underground section is available in 6" size and is a two-piece section with height adjustment range of 28"–40". It fits Precision 6" tees and top sections, with no cutting required. The exterior portion has ¼” x 1" slots; and the interior portion has  ⁵/₁₆" slots.

The inlet will fit most existing risers and it can be trimmed to fit dual-wall pipe systems. Each piece includes lid with self-tapping screws. The inlet is low profile, allowing equipment to pass over easily.
