Inline Water Level Control Structures™ by Agri Drain Corp can effectively manage the water table in fields, wetlands, ponds, and more. Their use can allow for controlled release of outlet flow, retention of valuable nutrients, and effective flood mitigation. The desired water level height is achieved by setting stoplogs within the structure. Rugged injection molded stoplogs are used in structures with 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12" pipe sizes. PVC stoplogs with stainless steel lifting hooks (as seen in this cutaway photo) are used in structures with 15", 18", and 24" pipe sizes.

- Rugged ½" PVC construction. Lockable plastic lid.
- Stainless steel screws & custom anodized aluminum corner extrusions for strength and durability.*
- Flexible couplers allow PVC, plastic pipe, or other materials to be easily attached.
*For water that is caustic, acid, corrosive, salt, or Ph below 5 Ph or above 9 Ph, please notify us of your requirements to ensure structures are built with compatible hardware. For these applications, stainless steel is recommended.

Erosion Control Blankets conform to land contours to provide a secured covering under which seed can be established and vegetation can take root – even on the steepest slopes. Use them to protect slope and channel areas from wind and water erosion.

The blankets are composed of a netting material that is filled with mulch. They are available in single net or double net format & there are blankets for both temporary and permanent applications. Contents range from natural fibers like straw, wood & coconut to synthetic fibers such as polypropylene. Specially designed pins or staples are used to anchor the blankets over the prepared soil & seed.

Q: I have an area that really isn’t sloped but is subject to wind and minor erosion. Which Erosion Blanket should I use?
A: The double net blankets will work well for this application and are the most cost effective option.
Q: What’s the difference between the temporary blankets and permanent ones and when should I use which?
A
: Short term blankets work best when vegetation will be established within about 3 months after installation and the area will thereafter be maintained (mowed).
Permanent blanket use is preferred when erosion may be more severe over a longer period. This type of blanket can last more than 36 months before fully degrading and will give the vegetation more time to be established before maintenance is conducted.

Q: I can’t tell what a 1:1(1 to 1) versus a 2:1 slope is. What’s a simple method of calculation?
A
: Slope is measured according to rise and run. A 3:1 slope has 3 feet of run to 1 foot of rise. A 3:1 slope can be mowed sideways using a push mower.
On a 2:1 slope, a mower would slide down the slope and be in danger of tipping.
A 1:1 slope would probably flip the mower if a sideways approach was taken.

Infiltrator’s recycled plastic septic chambers are engineered for strength and performance, easy to install, and have greater design flexibility (including a smaller footprint) than stone and pipe systems. The advantages of Infiltrator chambers add up to cost savings on labor, materials and time savings on the job.
The
Quick4 Plus™ Standard Low Profile Chamber offers maximum strength through its four center structural columns.

This chamber can be installed in a 36" wide trench. It is shorter in height than Infiltrator’s other Standard model chambers, allowing for shallow installation. It offers advanced contouring capability with its Contour Swivel Connection™, which permits turns up to 10°, right or left.
Benefits:
- Reduces imported fill needed for cap and fill systems
- Latching mechanism allows for quick installation
- Four-foot chamber lengths are easy to handle and install
- Supports wheel loads of 16,000 lbs./axle with 12" of cover
The Quick4 Plus All-in-One 8 and Quick4 Plus Endcaps provide increased flexibility in system design and configurations.
