LOW PROFILE SEPTIC CHAMBERS

Wherever pipe and stone can be installed, Infiltrator chambers can be used.  This includes trench, bed, and elevated mound installations. Infiltrator chambers provide superior treatment capabilities in pressure dosing, level distribution, evapotranspirations, and sand filter applications.

The Quick4 Plus™ Standard Low Profile Chamber offers maximum strength through its four center structural columns.

This chamber can be installed in a 36" wide trench. It is shorter in height than Infiltrator’s other Standard model chambers, allowing for shallow installation. It offers advanced contouring capability with its Contour Swivel Connection™, which permits turns up to 10°, right or left.

Benefits:
•             Low profile design makes this chamber ideal for shallow applications
•             Reduces imported fill needed for cap and fill systems
•             Advanced contouring connections
•             Latching mechanism allows for quick installation
•             Four-foot chamber lengths are easy to handle and install
•             Supports wheel loads of 16,000 lbs./axle with 12" of cover

All About the Snout

A “SNOUT” is a vented fiberglass water quality hood.  It is installed over the outlet pipe in a storm water structure that has a sump.  The Snout skims oils, floatables and trash off of the surface water while letting solids sink to the bottom.
The cleaner water then exits from beneath the Snout, which is lower than the bottom of the pipe but higher than the bottom of the structure.  The floatable material and the solids that sink stay within the storm water structure.

There are Snouts for both round and flat wall structures. The correct Snout size will always be bigger than the nominal pipe size used on the project.
A “Bio-Skirt” is a skirted boom that increases the capture and retention of hydrocarbons caught in the storm water structure. Use a Bio-Skirt with the Snout whenever oil is a major pollutant of concern. Applications include fueling facilities, industrial areas, fast food lots, convenience stores, marinas, transportation facilities, transfer stations and other high-traffic areas.  A Bio-Skirt can absorb and retain about 1 gallon of oil. The Bio-Skirt also keeps the hydrocarbons, which could otherwise be easily mobilized in a high flow storm event, locked in the structure.

Help Prevent Pipe Wash Out With Anti-Seep Collars!

Water may use both the inside AND the outside of a pipe to reach the lowest point of a slope.  Water flowing on the outside of the pipe can cause a gap to form at the juncture of the pipe and it’s backfill, causing instability.

Anti-Seep collars are designed to block this exterior flow & increase the length of the flow path. These user friendly products can be placed during pipe installation or retro-fitted around existing pipe.  Made of durable, impenetrable ¼” High Density Polyethylene, Scheib brand Anti-Seep Collars are pre-cut and drilled with stainless steel bolts and bands.

This Type for Corrugated Plastic, PVC, & Steel
This Model Made w/ PVC Compression Coupling for PVC IPS Pipe
Scheib Anti-Seep Collars are constructed in 4’ x 4’, 5’ x 5’ and 6’ x 6’ sizes and they can be used with corrugated plastic, PVC, CMP and Steel pipe. Size options include those for 2” pipe all the way up to 48” O.D.
