MANUFACTURED DRY WELLS

Excess rain or water from irrigation will naturally flow to low areas. Unless an efficient drainage system is in place, excess water can stay ponded and destroy turf, drown plants, and create an environment that invites mosquitos to breed.

Protect property from water damage by collecting, detaining, and infiltrating stormwater runoff with the NDS Flo-Well®.

This alternative to heavy stone-filled dry wells features a gravel-free interior with 250% more detention volume than comparable sized gravel dry wells.

Flo-Wells can be installed as a single unit or side by side, 18 in. apart. They can also be stacked up to 4 high when it’s possible to dig deep without hitting bedrock.

Surface drain inlet with 6 in. grate fits on top of the Flo-Well cover to collect and drain surface water into the system
Side panels, when assembled, form a 24 in. dia. X 24 in. tall cylinder; with addition of cover the overall height is 28-3/4 in. with 50 gallon storage capacity
Special ribbed design on side panels adds structural strength for long-lasting durability; no need to pack gravel inside
Thirty 1 in. knockout weep holes provide additional infiltration capacity, simply punch out with a firm tap using a hammer and wrap Flo-Well dry well with filter fabric wrap to prevent soil intrusion
Use a Flo-Well bottom panel to prevent soil erosion or provide a base for a sump pump
