While the grate was expensive, the company responded to me needing it quickly and shipped it the same day I ordered. All extra parts for the various combinations of pipes, sizes, one or two openings, were included. We love the design, which is stable enough for a motor vehicle to drive over, if put in cement. A high end, expensive, but high quality product.
